By complete solution, we mean, Eurivex will prepare the application file, setup the registry in Euroclear/CREST, make the financial instruments (FIs) such as shares, bonds, notes or units in funds eligible for listing, and liaison with the stock exchange until listing approval is secured.
Thereafter, we can offer our custody and safe-keeping of FIs and client money services to both investors and Issuers and also allow for trades to occur either directly on the stock exchange or as Over-the-Counter (OTC) trades in Eurivex environment.
As a regulated investment firm, Eurivex is obliged to know its clients, so we will check corporate documents, company good standing, and run due diligence on all shareholder(s), UBO(s) and director(s).

Over the Counter or OTC trades are transactions entered and executed by two or more parties that are Eurivex clients. The trading is done in the Eurivex electronic platform based on the price prevailing on the stock exchange, but without the ability to change the price.
