The decision of how much to invest and in which product is up to you.
Absolutely, we have made all efforts to make your investment journey with Eurivex as simple as possible. In order to invest, you need to be approved as a client of Eurivex, and then transfer funds from your bank account to Eurivex Clients Bank account. After this, you are ready to make your investments.
Make sure that the investment opportunity meets your expectations and is in line with your risk profile. The appropriateness of your experience and knowledge have not necessarily been correctly assessed before you were approved as a client. After you carefully read and understand the KIID, then you may proceed to invest.
Your risk profile is the degree of how much you can sustain losses if things don’t go as planned – the Issuer misses its promised targets, or if the Issuer is late to pay the coupon on the bonds, or fails to declare a dividend. You should consider the level of risk you are willing to sustain.
As in every investment, there is always a risk that you may lose all or some of your money, which means you must only invest amounts that you can afford to lose.
You should not invest more than 10% of your net wealth in such projects or invest with money that you cannot afford to lose.
The investment period starts from the date when you successfully purchase the Eurivex T-bill bonds and ends on the same day when the Cyprus government bonds mature. This means the interest calculation period will be broken if you decide to invest in between period when the official government bond auction begins.
The rate is calculated on the basis of 360 days and for the exact period when you purchased and the maturity of the bonds. For example, if the November 2023 auction started on 24 November 2023 and matures on 24 February 2024 , but you invested on 24 December 2023, then the interest calculation period is from 24.12.2023 until 24.2.2024 at the rate of 4% per annum.
You need to complete the account opening form, answer a short questionnaire and upload a copy of your valid passport (or Identity Card for Cypriots) and proof of address such as copy of your most recent utility bill (not later than 3 months old). Once your account and documents have been approved by Eurivex, you will receive your login details by email to be able to access your account.
Once your account application is approved, we will send you an email notification on how you may transfer money to Eurivex Clients Bank Account, which is segregated from Eurivex money. It will be held there until you decide to invest.
Yes, you may diversify and spread your risk by allocating a percentage of your funds available for investment to one or more Bonds.
