Any individual above the age of 18 or operational legal entity based in the European Economic Area (EEA).
All monies belonging to clients are held in “Eurivex Clients” bank accounts maintained with banks within the EEA, segregated from Eurivex money and in no instance used for the Company’s own account, in accordance with CySEC rules. After a successful trade and purchase of Financial Instruments (shares, bonds, notes, fund units), the money is transferred to the Issuer whose financial instruments (FI)s you purchased.
It depends on the Issuer of the FIs (shares, bonds, notes, fund units) and the kind of FIs you purchased. Please remember that Eurivex, its directors and officers are not responsible for the investment decisions of the Issuers/Managers who raise/manage funds through Eurivex.
The security of the investments depends on the type of FI you decided to purchase, and the business plan of the Issuer. The capacity of the Issuer to meet its obligations may be affected by, among other things, changes in general business environment and global economic conditions, changes in inflation and interest/exchange rates, country risk, capital risk, liquidity risk, market risk, credit risk, risks from estimates and valuations, risks relating to off-balance sheet entities, operational risks, legal and regulatory risks. This list is not exhaustive.
A full description of the investment objectives is provided in the Key Investor Information Document (“KIID”) which you must read prior to making the decision to invest. Before investing, you will be required to confirm that you have read and understood the terms of the KIID in which you have opted to invest. Please remember that Eurivex, its directors and officers are not responsible for the terms of the issue or any investment decisions of the Issuers/Managers who raise/manage funds through Eurivex.
Bear in mind that you may not be able to sell the investment when you wish.
The risk of default by the Issuers of the FI’s is mentioned and explained in the Key Investor Information Document (“KIID”) which you must read and confirm that you fully understand before making the decision to invest. Please remember that Eurivex, its directors and officers have reviewed but are not responsible for the information provided in the KIID or any investment decisions of the Issuers/Managers who raise/manage funds through Eurivex.
If an Issuer is not in a position to pay the coupon or interest on the bonds that it issued, then this means the Issuer will be in default and investors can commence the procedures to take legal action against the Issuer to safeguard their interests. Eurivex Nominees, a 100% subsidiary of Eurivex Ltd can provide additional support to investors and coordinate the legal action against the Issuer on behalf of investors.
Eurivex does not offer investment advice and never intervenes in your investment decisions. You hold the sole responsibility of your investment decisions. Please read the Key Investor Information Document (KIID) of every deal before investing.

In order to invest, you need to be approved as a client of Eurivex, and then transfer funds from your bank account to Eurivex Clients Bank account. After this, you are ready to make your investments.

Make sure that the investment opportunity meets your expectations and is in line with your risk profile. The appropriateness of your experience and knowledge have not necessarily been correctly assessed before you were approved as a client. After you carefully read and understand the KIID, then you may proceed to invest.
Your risk profile is the degree of how much you can sustain losses if things don’t go as planned – the Issuer misses its promised targets, or if the Issuer is late to pay the coupon on the bonds, or fails to declare a dividend. You should consider the level of risk you are willing to sustain. If you are a conservative investor, then you must never invest in an investment opportunity that has more than a total risk score of 3 out of 7, as stated in the KIID.
If your risk tolerance is high, then you may consider investing in higher risk opportunities. Please remember that the higher the risk you take, the higher the chances of losing on your investment.
As in every investment, there is always a risk that you may lose all or some of your money, which means you must only invest amounts that you can afford to lose.
You should not invest more than 10% of your net wealth in such projects or invest with money that you cannot afford to lose.
You need to complete the account opening form, answer a short questionnaire and upload a copy of your valid passport (or Identity Card for Cypriots) and proof of address such as copy of your most recent utility bill (not later than 3 months old). Once your account and documents have been approved by Eurivex, you will receive your login details by email to be able to access your account. If your intended investment will exceed €100,000, additional information will be requested with regards to source of wealth and source of funds.
Once your account application is approved, we will send you an email notification on how you may transfer money to Eurivex Clients Bank Account, which is segregated from Eurivex money. It will be held there until you decide to invest.
Yes, you may diversify and spread your risk by allocating a percentage of your funds available for investment to one or more Bonds.
