Eurivex Ltd is an EU Investment Firm, authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC), number 114/10, licensed to offer Reception, Transmission and Execution of Orders, Dealing on Own Account, Safe keeping of client financial instruments and Placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis.

Eurivex was established in 2009 and received its regulatory license from CySEC in March 2010.

Eurivex is also authorised and regulated by the CySEC as an EU Crowdfunding Service Provider (license number CSP 2/24) for the services of Asset Safekeeping, Use of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and the Operation of a Bulletin Board.
Eurivex has 9 operational departments, independent Compliance and AML functions, Internal audit and Risk Officers. The external auditors are Grant Thornton Cyprus.
The 5-member Board of Directors of Eurivex is made up of 3 Executives and 2 Non- Executive Independent Directors vetted and approved by the CySEC. The Board and the Management team of Eurivex are all licensed professionals, Cypriot nationals, and residents of Cyprus.

Eurivex is a member of the Cyprus Investor’s Compensation Fund (ICF).

The headquarters of Eurivex are based in Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus.
