Eurivex is authorised by CySEC to act as Depository for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) licensed by CySEC or Registered AIFs (RAIFs) that have been setup by licensed AIFMs.

Eurivex offers its customers a flexible solution allowing Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) to focus on their core business.

The service facilitates compliance with Fund regulatory obligations and requirements.

• Provision of clients’ bank account for subscription of investor funds, processing of payments for investment activities and other transactions related to investment activities;
• Cash monitoring of AIF funds, including bank accounts of the AIF that are held outside of Cyprus with reputable banks;
• Due diligence on third-party service providers to the AIFs;
• Safe-keeping, record keeping and verification of all assets that are not eligible for custody;
• Verification of investment decisions to ensure the funds operate in line with their stated business objectives, investment strategy and constitutional documents;
• Monitoring of Net Asset Value calculations;
• Monitoring and verification of subscriptions, redemptions, leverage and in general look-through principles where applicable.

We also hold accounts with reputable investment firms in the EU offering trading in financial instruments, including the offering of trading platforms, which is ideal for AIFs that wish to engage in derivatives trading while at the same time also meet the regulatory requirement of maintaining a local Cyprus based Depository.
