How It Works – Flow of Funds

2) Cyprus Project Owner Submits Project to Eurivex (Business plan, KYC, SPV Corporate Docs & KYB)

3) Buyer opens account with Eurivex (Questionnaire, Due Diligence, KYC)

4) The buyer provides source of wealth and transfers funds to top-up Eurivex account (Fiat, Stablecoins (USDC), Crypto (BTC, ETH))

5) Investment in Project – After funds are cleared, investor can invest in the project in Euro

6) Eurivex transfers the money to the IBAN of the Project Owner in Euro

7) Regulatory Umbrella – Our regulated structure provides investors with security of their money and project owners with new sources of clients.
