Registry setup Euroclear, CREST

Eurivex can setup registry for first time bond issuance in Euroclear and CREST to make the debt instruments eligible for trading on the Vienna MTF.

For Issuers who wish to list their debt instruments on the Vienna MTF but there is no need for such debt instruments to be traded, the registry can be setup and maintained with Eurivex, which is fully licensed to offer this service.

Eurivex will also secure the ISIN, CFI and all other codes on behalf of the Issuers depending on the location of the registry.

Issuers may also request Eurivex to secure the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) codes from the London Stock Exchange.

The main advantages for listing debt instruments on Vienna MTF are:

  • All major currencies acceptable.
  • Minimum listing size from €200,000 with no cap.
  • Start-ups without prior history can list their bonds.
  • Listing is secured on average in 10 working days.
