Eurivex Trade Finance Limited (ETFL) is a Cyprus registered company offering trade finance through invoice discounting and factoring to companies involved in both international and domestic trade. ETFL offers working capital funding for Cyprus and overseas companies, with the discounted invoices the only collateral pledged. To cover its risk, the underlying assets are credit insured with Allianz Trade and Atradius, the two largest global credit insurers in the world.
The ETFL Notes have very strong asset backing considering that first, the companies who have received financing are responsible for any delays and defaults. The Second line of defence is if there is actually a default, then ETFL can resort to the two credit insurers, Allianz Trade and Atradius and file a claim to recover its funds.
During the last four years of operations, ETFL has not submitted any claims, due to its strong due diligence procedures where all our clients are vetted and in addition to strong financials, they also need to have credit worthy debtors.
The objective is to earn a higher return for the investor investing in the ETFL Notes compared to zero return when surplus funds are left in a bank current account, and, up to 0.2% per annum return on term deposit of one-year maturity with local banks.
