Every time you invest in a Bond or on maturity, a transaction ticket is issued by Eurivex Ltd and dispatched to you, outlining the amount invested, price, date and amount debited or credited to your account.
Eurivex charges 0.05% brokerage fee for every such transaction. There is also a €15 flat fee applied once annually for custody and safe keeping of your assets, irrespective of the amount invested.
To give an example, an investment on 1 July for €10,000 in the Credit Insured Bonds and €10,000 in the Recourse Bonds would involve the issue of two transaction tickets, incurring a total brokerage fee of €10 represented by 0.05% or €5 on €10,000 Credit Insured, and 0.05% or €5 on €10,000 Recourse Notes.
On maturity, 31 December, the brokerage fee of 0.05% is calculated on the total amount which also includes the return. This means on the Credit Insured Bonds, the return is €75 for six months, hence total is €10,075. So, the brokerage fee would be €5.04 and on the Recourse Bonds the return would be €150 for six months for a total amount of €10,150 and the brokerage fee would be €5.08.
